Natura Homes – our step-by- step personalised process
Building your new home is an exciting and important endeavour, we ensure the process to be as smooth and enjoyable as possible. That is why we provide each of our clients with a complete time management plan prior to the start of any construction work. Communication is a key factor for us and as a valued customer you will receive constant updates throughout every step of your project. We are personally available to take your call at any time during the project.

First appointment (free of charge)
Meet the team to discuss requirements, design, location and budget.

Preliminary agreement
You grant us authorisation to obtain the documentation and paperwork required for the next steps of your project.

Home design, obtain approvals and required documentation
You tell us which style of home you have in mind and we will organise the draftsman or architect we believe is most experienced to fulfil your needs. We then work as a team to give you the very best in design service.

Tender process
We will price your project and prepare a budget estimate or quotation for you with site works and all other inclusions.

Signing of contracts and payment of deposit
We will then prepare a contract for you to sign, before developing a timeline for the project and arranging a start date.

Commence construction work
You will receive updates on the progress of the project. Site meetings are arranged if required to monitor the progress of the work.

Handover
We will carry out a detailed inspection of the completed work with you for final acceptance and occupation. Arrange for all third-party inspections to be carried out.

Unique 24-week maintenance period
We will attend to any issues or rectification works that may be required during the defects liability period.
